Bij De Mandemakers Groep houden mijn collega's en ik ons bezig met het verder digitaliseren van de organisatie. Zowel voor de verkopers, chauffeurs, monteurs en iedereen op kantoor. Hier is echter wat aan vooraf gegaan. Na mijn opleiding Bedrijfskunde ben ik begonnen bij ProFource, waar ik voor verschillende (overheids)klanten als consultant heb gewerkt op de afdelingen Inkoop en Crediteurenadministratie. Vervolgens een overstap gemaakt naar Unit4 om als implementatie consultant aan de slag te gaan. Als implementatie consultant werkte ik aan meerdere implementaties tegelijk voor verschillende klanten waarbij elke consultant zich focust op 1 werkstroom welke door de klant gebruikt zal gaan worden in Unit4 ERP. Denk bij deze werkstromen aan Procurement to Pay, Sales to Cash, Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Project Life Cycle en Budget to Control. De klanten waar we de implementatie uitvoeren, zijn altijd dienstverlenende organisatie en vaak ook overheidsorganisaties.
