As the VP of Sales and Marketing, I'm an "Idea Guy" who does most of his thinking in style, design, features and benefits. My experience in multiple facets of the building materials segment allows me to see big picture strategies and opportunities. I understand relationships throughout the supply-chain and how they go together to produce results. I address all opportunities and challenges head-on with energy, compassion, an open-mind and a "Yes" attitude. With over 18 years of experience in the building materials industry, I still get excited about new products and how to market them. Whether it’s a new product to the industry, a unique marketing campaign or an innovative merchandising vehicle, these things get my creative juices flowing. Being involved in full-life cycle product development is exhilarating! Pulling all the pieces of a successful product launch together on time and to the delight of our customers is very rewarding. Using my honed presentation skills, I'm at my best when I get to talk to audiences large and small about the products and ideas that I sell. LM Flooring produces some the finest engineered hardwood floors available to North America, Europe and many other countries. Over the past 14 years I’ve developed products with several suppliers in Asia, specifically designed to meet the demands of the North American customer base. Once a viable product design is completed, it’s on to marketing, merchandising, and ultimately the BIG product launch. When I’m not working, you can find me at home with my wife and daughter. I enjoy physical fitness, golf and food!
