Freshly graduated quantity surveyor gaining experience in the quantity surveying field. Gained 1 year practical experience in the construction industry as an in-service trainee, developing various skills such as construction management skills ,negotiation skills, time management skills, purchasing skills , technical skills in carpentry and masonry. Have the ability to read and understand drawings and take off quantities from drawings.Done a quantitative research study on the artisan workmanship in the building industry in the Nelson Mandela Metropole.I worked for myself doing small construction jobs and maintenance work to build myself up and gain even more experience in the construction industry. I currently own and run my own construction company and living out my dream.
