QUENSH Management Services provides Consultancy, Training & Auditing Services to Irish and International Standards (BS, EN, ISO and PSA standards) QUENSH focuses on the areas of Quality, Environment, Safety & Health Management Systems as well as Compliance to Security Legislation. With implementation QUENSH's approach is to develop competencies and capabilities within organisations through engagement & partnership with the Senior Management team as well as with individual Managers and Staff. QUENSH also provides Consultancy and Training in Change Management, Process Design & Implementation and Management and Staff Development Training. I have extensive experience in implementing Safety, Health and Quality Management Systems to International Standards within the telecoms sector as well as in the Property Development, Property Management, Retail, Finance and Community Services fields. I also have considerable experience in Change Management Programmes, Project Management, Process Design and Process Mapping. I have lectured and delivered Tutorials on the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Diploma and Certificate Courses in UCD and have been personally responsible for the design and development of a Personal & Professional Development Courses accredited to FETAC Level 6. I am an outgoing, enthusiastic, confident and accommodating individual and relate well to others. I consistently achieve objectives and am focused on deliverables and meeting Customer requirements. I work well in a team or on my own initiative and have strong analytical and problem solving abilities. I am a strong organiser with excellent communication skills. I am good at influencing others, innovative and resourceful and have a passion for Process Management, Personal Development and Continuous improvement.
