Kiki Oosterwijk

Kiki N. Oosterwijk is a Vice President with SC&H Capital, a boutique investment banking firm and subsidiary of the certified public accounting firm, SC&H Group, Inc., located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Her practice areas include business valuation and merger and acquisition advisory services. In her role at SC&H, she develops financial/valuation models to assist in valuing ESOPs and enterprises primarily for estate and gift tax purposes as well as ESOP transactions. Additionally, she identifies potential buyers and sellers for M&A transactions, and performs economic and industry research. Kiki is completing several courses in business valuation through the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). In December 2018, Kiki was nominated and selected to deliver the alumni commencement speech to the graduating classes of the Towson University College of Business and Economics and College of Health Professions. Additionally, in 2017, Kiki was selected by the Towson University Alumni Association as one of the top 20 Towson University alumni under 30 based on her achievements and contributions that have positively impacted her profession, community, and alma mater. Kiki received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Honors College at Towson University in 2015. As a student at Towson, she held multiple leadership positions in student organizations, was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Tau Sigma honor societies, studied abroad in Spain and Fiji, and was selected by the Dean of the College of Business and Economics to be the undergraduate student commencement speaker, delivering the graduation address to her peers and fellow classmates on December 17, 2015. She pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland and graduated in September 2021. In 2022, Kiki joined the Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic Leadership Council, supporting the mission and operations of the organization, by providing leadership, offering expertise and advice, and service as a resource for the governing board.
