Over the past 18 years I have developed many versatile skillsets and abilities; I am comfortable working under my own initiative or as an integral member of a team, both I have done in the past and enjoyed the challenges each provided. The mainstay of my working life has been customer satisfaction based; making use of my multi-tasking abilities I have always made an impact on starting a new role, quickly building good working relationships with customers and peers alike. In the past I have often taken on additional responsibilities to help feed my own thirst for knowledge and allow me to grow in any given role I have undertaken. My mature, approachable nature has always allowed me to help develop and mentor junior members of staff, a role I have always thrived upon and one I found to be extremely rewarding. During my time working for GI Group I often worked to extremely tight timescales, sourcing staff at short notice to ensure my clients have a full team to fulfil their requirements, this I have achieved due to my calm nature and meticulous organisational skills. Throughout my working life I have taken pride in my written and verbal communication skills, I am comfortable corresponding with people of all levels allowing me to promulgate information quickly and accurately.
