Kim Moscarda

A very reliable professional with over 25 years of experience as an individual contributor and leader in various departments including Lean methodology deployment, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, and Operations. Career highlights in the last decade include deploying a new Lean operating system for one of the world’s largest resources companies, co-managing a large FPSO dry-docking project and successfully managing a SAP implementation for a major asset. Having held several senior roles in a variety of disciplines, is able to understand and solve for a range of challenges in an operational environment. Leveraging several years of experience driving continuous improvement in the Energy industry, is able to advise and coach on Lean ways of working to build empowered high performing teams that deliver results. Through continued focus on personal development including completion of a Master’s Degree and involvement in a broad and diverse range of projects, has attained the knowledge and skills necessary to add value to any organisation.
