My passion in life is to provide excellent customer service and demystify technology for customers and businesses by engineering and innovating solutions for a more efficient and productive society. My father, Joseph Timm, had a saying: “There is no such thing as a problem. A problem is just a solution waiting to happen”. This is a core belief of mine and it extends beyond mere optimism. A good technician solves issues, but a great technician generates solutions that prevent reoccurring hindrances and incorporates end-user input. It is essential for efficiency and productivity that lines of communication between administration, developer, and user exist; my strength is to the be the liaison and translator. Customer service is a strength of mine because of my ability to communicate “technical jargon” into simplified terms for various types of people and finding quality resolutions for issues that seem to be associated with Murphy’s law: “What ever can go wrong, will go wrong”. Communication is the key to solving most technical puzzles and I am well versed in utilizing different mediums to diagnose them. “Excitement” is not a large enough word to express the feeling that one has when they are able to see the endless possibilities in a career that can combine one’s true passions. A career that involves innovation without losing touch with or sight of the end user would never feel like work, because our clients would know that their input is highly valued.
