I work as a Registered Nurse on a very busy Ortho/Trauma unit. I serve as Relief Charge Nurse, Preceptor, and Service Champion. I am a team player with high standards and a good attitude; I am highly-productive, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. I strive to provide excellent patient care while demonstrating caring, compassion, and empathy for my patients, as well as promote patient safety and patient advocacy at all times. In addition to a Bachelor * s Degree in Nursing, I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, I have experience in recruitment and support of new employees to facilitate their successes, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service. I love being a nurse.
