Kimberly Sharifi

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” As Director of Supplier Diversity for Primoris Services Corporation, Inc. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion and the impact it can make in our community. For the past ten years I have implemented a sourcing strategy aimed at finding contracting opportunities for women, minority and veteran owned businesses. I develop strategic relationships with select diverse suppliers for the purpose of building mutual capacity. As a member of our corporate Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee, I am fortunate to also be integral to the development and implementation of D&I policy for our internal workforce as well. I am a self-made professional, a college drop out of the 80’s. Over the years I have had to work harder and longer to prove myself and earn the respect of my peers as an innovative “think outside the box" type of person with an ability to build systems and successful strategic relationships. I have transitioned from a small family-owned business to 20 years of experience in the corporate construction industry to find a perfect niche where I feel I make a difference and an impact in the community where I work.
