Kingwill Brandon (Powerlink)

I have primarily worked as a manager over the last 20+ years in the electrical Industry, leading teams of Property related Professional and Technical staff to achieve land access, power line corridor acquisition, and associated services. Much of my work has included the development of effective systems and processes for the management of land assets, access, and the protection of interests in land. My technical surveying and spatial information skills are often utilised to achieve good results in these areas. I particularly enjoy working in a team where I can build rapport with colleagues, and mentor and guide staff to achieve good results in the delivery of a diverse range of outcomes in land and property access, and land management. Part of my recent roles have included the need for strategic thinking capability in negotiating outcomes with land owners, and an ability to drive, implement and manage system and process improvements and change, across a range of teams and groups. .
