Kiran Javaid

I am a proactive, adaptable, conscientuous and determined Architect with over SIX years of professional experience in all phases of Commercial and Residential Developments & Schemes. I have worked on a variety of different projects and produced/submitted a large number of planning applications, tender documentations & building regulation approvals, across a range of sectors. An integral part of my role involves in the production of schematic designs and detailed drawings for projects using softwares such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D max, MS Visio as well as hand drawn drawings. My managing experience has revolved around the coordination of design teams, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and handling scheme budgets & finance. An integral part of my day to day role is to continually demonstrate my ability to communicate with clients, designers, consultants & colleagues along with producing drawings & specifications, detailed instructions & other design documentations. I have also worked on a small private residential scheme involving 6 independent apartments in a block. I was responsible for producing schematic plans, architectural drawings and coordination of design. I also managed the interface of building control team with the planning department, ensuring all the relevant certifications and compliance have been met to achieve the final sign off from the building control and local authority.
