In our current hybrid work environment, the ability to meaningfully connect is more important than ever. As a learning and development leader, I work with individuals and organizations to provide soft skills training programs in the areas of virtual presentation skills, change management, emotional intelligence, executive presence and meeting management. I seek out opportunities to engage leaders, develop potential and drive organizational success, through relevant, just-in-time training sessions. I enjoy getting the right people together to determine the "why" behind learning initiatives and help teams craft a plan to move forward. This approach ensures my clients, and learning session participants, understand what a given session means to the participant and how it connects to the greater good of the organization. Specialties: Learning & development consultation and facilitation, content development, leadership and management programs focused around communication and effective coaching, Everything DiSC and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment-certified.
