It is the sixth year of my professional life and been into Recruitment's and Healthcare operations field. I have learnt that a single problem always have alternate solutions. If we keep trying to solve the problem in the same way what we have been doing in the past we may never come up with better results. To know what is better we must have an alternate option to compare with. If we do not try we would not lose anything but if we do try we would end up learning something for sure. Coming up with new ideas for the company's growth is my main focus and that is what I look forward to do in any organisation I work.
