Kismet C. May, PHR, GBA HR Business Partner Professional Summary Kismet has over fifteen years of dedicated experience managing a full spectrum of human resources programs, services and functions. Currently a CEBs candidate and recipient of her GBA (Group Benefits Associate certification); she has demonstrated proven success introducing process improvements, benefit plan design and enhancements as well as staff development initiatives which drive corporate goal attainment. She currently serves as a Benefits Analyst for General Dynamics, Corporate Headquarters supporting the Benefits Strategy team. Prior to this, she served as the HR Manager for an information technology defense contracting company. She was responsible for implementing benefits plans, ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal laws and participating in the full life cycle recruitment process.
