Kodi Fleshman

As the Marketing Manager at Kadean, I’m responsible for the marketing of Kadean companywide and across all submarkets. My number one goal is to grow our brand by increasing awareness, engaging with clients and building trust. Kadean is more than just a small Midwest General Contractor, and my job is to change that perception because we are ‘Building Bigger.’ My day-to-day responsibilities include creating, communicating and delivering all marketing content. This includes advertising, social media, website, public relations, marketing materials, proposals, events/sponsorships, newsletters, client communication and photography/videos. Kadean is a design-build focused commercial general contractor that will LEAD you through the Project Delivery Process. We’re a rapidly growing 58-year-old company with two offices in St. Louis and Kansas City. Since 2015, we’ve finished more than $479 million in projects in 10 states. We’ve also nearly tripled in size, and our depth of talent has grown to 60 employees, including 17 Project Managers and Engineers, 18 Superintendents and in-house Business Development, Marketing, Safety and Design and VDC capabilities.
