One of the landmark transactions includes the origination and setting up of USD2Billion EV fund between CATL,Indonesia SWF INA and China Merchant group. As a sector banker, Kok Sing is also involved in the financing of power & utilities projects. These include the conventional power projects and renewable energy projects such as offshore windfarms in Asia. He is also involved in the financing of utilities projects which include waste to energy and water treatment projects. In the Power & Utilities M&A activities, he also advised various clients in sale of strategic stakes in regional IPP projects in SE Asia and Greater China. He also advised Mitsui and other utilities clients in the sale of their portfolio water utilities assets in China and SE Asia. He also advised China Everbright Group’s acquisition of water utilities assets in China, listing of China Everbright Water.
