We check validity of ID / passport and rights to work through passport scanner, previous and current work references are verified, staff are put out for shift only after DBS clearance, mandatory training (safeguarding vulnerable adults, manual handling, Basic or Intermediate Life Support, PMVA/ PSTS among others), proof of NMC registration and online verification and Work Health assessments are completed. Our checks are in line with CQC Regulations. Our last 3 independent audit results in January 2015 and May 2016, May 2018 were an outstanding Platinum 99.57% and 96%, 98% thereby guaranteeing a workforce of excellence. > How can we help you?
