I, W.M.K.F. Senarath, am a Master degree holder with MRICS, MAIQS, CQS, MQSi professional memberships. A highly self-motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record almost twelve years well experienced in Pre and Post Contract phases; results working as part of a busy team effectively managing all the costs relating to ranging from Building and Civil Engineering projects gained in Sri Lanka and presently in UAE. Pre Contract experience is overall 7 years of experience including 5 years of road and infrastructure works and almost 2 years of building construction works (including mix used development). Post Contract experience is overall 6 years of experiences including 2 years of marine construction (onshore & off shore), 2 years of water treatment related construction (water treatment plant, weir construction, and associate pipe laying) and 1 years of building construction projects.
