As a lead developer I strive to create products that provide immediate value to my employer and users. I drive each and every member of my team to give their very best by providing them with tasks that fit them best to not only challenge and improve their skills, but they also enjoy. As a product owner I manage a small team creating products which have long term scientific value, which have immediate benefits to its users and which its developers can be proud of.
