Krista Moroz

Krista specializes in community investment & relations, media relations, crisis communications, brand/reputation management, and strategic communication planning and implementation. Her expertise in community investment ranges from managing Employee Giving including volunteer grants, donation matching and employee engagement programs to external sponsorship and leveraging giving investments. Notable projects and achievements include building and supporting employee led community action networks in regions within Shaw's footprint to support community investment activities, working on media relations activities for a redevelopment groundbreaking, managing the day to day for community relations strategies and planning large scale award winning community events and programs. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Toronto. After more than 20 years of progressive experience in the non-profit and corporate sectors, Krista boasts a strong understanding of communication practices.
