I provide the leadership and strategic direction of our Business Performance (CRM), Salesforce Reporting & Analytics, Opportunity (RFP) Management, Client Services, and Research & Insights teams and engage at all stages of the Sales life-cycle; from prospecting to qualification, proposal and finalist down selection.I have been with the company for 16 years and prior to leading Commercial Operations, I provided strategic oversight and leadership to Compliance Services, Defined Contribution Service Delivery, and Health Point Solutions business performance. Before joining Alight (legacy Hewitt) in 2004, I worked with Fidelity Investments for 10 years leading operational and service delivery teams.I have a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Utah and a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
