I have 6 years of experience building cost model estimates for commercial work in Nashville, TN. I specialize in building residential and multi-use towers. The program I use is unique because as I build the 3D model, I can tag pricing to components. For example, as the exterior is drawn out per the plans, I would determine how much windowwall is present and apply a cost per square foot to that area for material and labor. The same concept is applied to all Divisions from the sitework to electrical work. Owners enjoy cost model presentations because it allows owners to visualize their building and ensure the quantities are accurate. The modeling tool creates many talking points such as potential VE options, cost breakouts, and detailed estimates in quick and easy steps. This is a program that I have perfected over my six years of experience.
