I graduated with my BSN in 2009, my entire nursing career has been with Parma Hospital. I started as a staff nurse and worked my way to Clinical Educator, now I am the Assistant Manager of one of University Hospitals busiest EDs. I have also dabbled in other opportunities, while remaining full time at Parma, SANE nursing and instructing at CSU, my alma-matter. In 2012 the SANE team I worked with was nominated for Crain's Healthcare Heroes. Currently I am working on my MSN and will then move on to my MBA. I am highly motivated to be successful both for myself and the hospital I work for.
