Whether it was standardizing procedures, cutting costs and increasing profit margins for Animal Embassy, turning shifts around, that lead our store to a 5% comp gain, at Eastern Mountain Sports, or creating a curriculum, at the Mercer Slough, that gave high school interns a leg up when they competed in the WA State Science Olympiad, the ability to bring out the best in a team has been key. I’m always in search of further knowledge and like to foster an environment that encourages that same desire for professional growth in others, along with positive feedback, recognition, and open communication.
