I am particularly adept at handling situations that pose a threat to enterprises’ business and endanger their licence to operate. Transformation and Crisis—these are the areas I am specialized in. Drawing on a deep well of post-merger integration experience and a strong set of leadership and change communication skills, I am supporting companies who are facing significant changes such as complex, cross-border integrations, reorganizations and restructurings as well as M&A and leadership transformations. Beyond that, I am advising clients who aim to optimize their crisis response capabilities or are confronted with a major predicament. The Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry is a focal point of my work. I have a keen interest in organizational psychology, neuroscience, and the human aspect of transformations.
