For the last 1,5 years, I've worked as a Product and Design Lead of the Zenmoney team, where I am responsible for product innovation and management, CX design, content strategy, marketing ideas & experiments. Usually, I take part in every stage: starting with research and hypothesis, going on with a general concept and user stories, brainstorming around it, creating user stories, prototyping, using customer interviews and experiments to validate the hypothesis, finding visual patterns, polishing the details in the development phase — to the production stage with all the analytics and experiments.
