About
My research career has so far been focused on genetic epidemiology and project managing of large biobank collaborations. Genetic possibilities have developed rapidly the recent years, but large cohorts are needed. My research focus is to generate and integrate large datasets (genetic, biological, register, questionnaire) into large biobanks, to be able to use these resources to answer specific research questions from different angels. Since 2013 my focus have been on the challenges of neuro psychiatric diseases and how to combine my background in genetics with the expertise at my department of clinical immunology and unique access to study participants in the blood bank.
