Her daily objective is to manage all administrative functions of the company as well as workplace initiatives and daily affairs. At all times Kristy possess the values of Gilmore Construction (Safety, Integrity, Sustainability, Teamwork and Stewardship). She is the official representative of Gilmore in the areas of personnel, administration, payroll and other business related areas. Kristy is adept at establishing dynamic relationships with parties (clients, vendors and subcontractors) involved in the construction process and facilitates harmonious working relationships during the construction process. She promptly finds resolutions to problems as they occur. Kristy is proactive in assuring the needs of the Gilmore Team (executive, management and field crew) are met on a daily basis.
