About
I started in the hospitality industry nearly a decade ago. I loved the hustle of that industry. Slowly I outgrew that season of my life and became very interested in nutrition. I received my master's in food and nutrition in 2014 and have been working as a registered dietitian over the last 8 years. I have always been interested in mental health and how food is not the only way to live a healthy lifestyle. My meditation journey began about 10 years ago. I completed my 200 hour teacher training via Flourish Meditation December 2021 and it has been the greatest gift. I was asked to join Flourish's team shortly after I graduated. What I have learned from meditation is - it is more about the pause than the doing. I am able to see, taste, feel life in a completely different way. I am seeking a position as a meditation teacher full time. This is my life's purpose. If I can help one person on their path and teach them the gifts of breathing and getting underneath all of "the stuff" then I have served my life's purpose.
