Krystal Ng

Krystal was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a barrister-at-law in July 2009. She was admitted into practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Malaysia in August 2010 after completing her 9 months of pupillage with Messrs. Wong & Partners. Krystal is currently a partner at Messrs. Wong & Partners. She is focused on transfer pricing, international tax planning, foreign investments and tax planning issues relating to post-acquisition integration. She advises on planning strategies in the context of mergers and acquisitions as well as reorganizations and restructurings. She is involved in a wide range of client representations concerning direct and indirect taxation with a focus on transfer pricing. Her practice encompasses a broad range of industries, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, software companies, and retail, trade and distribution companies. She has spent time in Singapore for 6 months on a work secondment. Krystal has published several articles which include contributions to Bloomberg Business News Asia's International Tax Planning Review. She also regularly contributes to client alerts and internal publications.
