Krysten Field

My name is Krysten Field and I work as a Patient Account Specialist who works with insurance companies so patients do not have to worry about how their Hemodialysis treatments will be paid. I believe that as a Patient Account Specialist, patients can feel relief in knowing that they will never have to miss a treatment due to any late or missing payment. Everyday that I go to work is another opportunity to help patients in making sure that their accounts are being paid. I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from West Coast University. Philosophy: I believe in working hard for patients, their families, and our healthcare organization. I believe in providing the best service excellence, while being accountable for the work I put in. I believe that each person has certain needs and rights that need to be respected and honored. It is important to preserves individual’s dignity and to respect ourselves and one another.
