Krzysztof Droń

Krzysztof Droń is a high class manager and investment advisor with over 25 years of professional experience, including also direktor function and management board level of WS Atkins Polska and other companies. He completed various studies and programs at the University of Warsaw, the Manchester University , University of Minnesota, and also the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Toronto. He introduced investors on the Central and Eastern Europe market leadig a multi-disciplinary team of experts working for such clients like: Tesco, Castoramy, Glaxo Welcome, Pratt &Whitney, Toyota, LNM, Technicolour, Plazy Centers, governmental agencies, banks and ministries (EBRD, Citibank, PKO SA, Rheinhyp-BRE, Creditanstald and others). The value of the developed investments reached the value over 2 billion PLN. For 8 years he has been involved in the medical market being the sole representative of Vamed Standortentwicklung und Engineering GmbH & CO KG in Poland and later on an advisor to InterHealth Canada Ltd. He was also focusing on the development of projects in the healthcare and the real estate sectors setting up MICI Medical Investment & Consulting Group and HCA HealthCareAssistance Sp. Z o.o. Cooperating with the 3rd biggest german medical insurer DAK. For the last years he came back to his original fields of environmental sciencies and policy advising on waste management investments and developing the idea of Żywiecka Green Tech Basin and Low Emissions Liquidation and Energy Selfsufficiency program. From January 2019 he was managing Beskid Żywiec Sp. Z o.o. Company creating and implementing the dedicated restructuring program in the waste management field. Over the last year he supported the development of cooperation among scientific, public, industrial fields as a board member of the KEZO Foundation at the Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Science (KEZO Centrum Badawcze PAN). He continuous activities in the waste management filed in cooperation with an Austrian company Saubermacher as the country representative focusing on M&A transaction and the development of PPP (Public Private Partnership) formula in the waste management sector with significant element of new digital solutions.
