Kubi Udofia

Dr Kubi Udofia has a Doctorate degree in law from The University of Nottingham, a Certificate in International Risk Management (with distinction) from the Institute of Risk Management, London, and a Masters degree in Corporate Law from the University College London, University of London. Dr Udofia is the head of the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Group at Fidelis Oditah & Co where he provides a wide range of contentious and non-contentious legal services to the firm’s clients. Dr Udofia is a leading and an acknowledged expert in insolvency and restructuring law in Nigeria and has an extensive corporate and commercial law practice. As a scholar practitioner, Dr Udofia previously taught corporate insolvency law and company law at The University of Nottingham Law School. He has also worked as a research fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London (IALS). Dr Udofia has a huge passion for corporate insolvency law, research and reforms. He regularly writes on corporate insolvency law, debt recovery and commercial law issues.
