A seasoned Operations & Operational Excellence leader, experienced in Lean and Six sigma, I am an Industrial engineer with over two decades of rich and highly diverse experience in light, medium and heavy engineering organizations. I have an expertise in P&L management, Multi plant operations, Lean manufacturing and six sigma initiatives, Sourcing and Supplier development, Process Reengineering, Designing and executing cost saving strategies, Strategy planning & budgeting, Compliances, Managing customer relations and People development. I have a track record of setting up and managing manufacturing facilities, especially in the following domains: • Auto-Torque and traction products like Axles, drive shafts, Seating systems, Trim and Mechanism manufacturing, Seating structures Engineering • Valves and actuators, Machine tools etc. All this in sync with organizational goals and objectives. Working through LT Switchgear, Machine tool, Auto component, engineering and now automobile industry, I have been setting up and operating manufacturing facilities, developing new products, managing quality, implementing best practices and gained a strong and diverse experience on core manufacturing technologies like Machining, Stamping, Heat treatment, Fabrication and welding, Molding and assembly.
