Kyle Beneventi

I am an energetic real estate professional skilled across multiple disciplines, passionate about improving the built environment. Originally trained as an architect, I have first-hand experience in the pre-development process, contributing to the design and documentation of several award-winning office high-rise towers and corporate campuses across the country. As project manager and director of visualization at a luxury real estate branding agency, I have experience creating and maintaining budgets and schedules for multiple concurrent projects; adapting to the changing demands of each project and successfully executing projects from concept to completion. After contributing to development as an architect, and then as branding project manager, I completed my Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Subsequent experience in investments and asset management at a private equity fund and development start-up solidified a foundation for financial analysis, contributing to acquisitions underwriting and asset management of various mixed-use assets including value-add office and ground up residential.
