I have over 8 years experience in the compressed/liquefied/cryogenic gas industry. And nearly 4 years experience in management in these industries. I can boast that I have had a 0% employee turnover rate at my plant since joining the management team (previous rate was 23% a year). Coming from the fill floor I have unique insight into the day to day operations of a filling floor and know exactly what can be reasonably expected from employees. I have the skills necessary to successfully navigate through most regulatory audits including FDA, OSHA and DOT. Although I do not possess a commercial drivers license, I have experience managing a fleet of 8 vehicles and have a deep understanding of DOT law and regulations. I recently became part of the Airgas AERO (Airgas emergency response organization) team whose goal is to prevent and respond to an uncontrolled release of hazardous material. Our focus is public safety and we are on call 24/7 to respond to any emergency involving the products we manufacture or ship.
