Kyle Haag

I am a currently a Senior in Construction Engineering Management at Oregon State University. Construction and Engineering are something that I have always gravitated towards, and I have always had a strong desire to work with a team to achieve goals. When the opportunity to go to college and select a major presented itself, I jumped at the chance to step into this field that shared many of values. It is currently my fourth year in the construction industry, and my third year as an intern with BMWC Constructors. I have worked on several large projects with customers ranging from Intel and Genentech in Oregon, to the University of Washington and Boeing in Washington. Each year I have taken on more responsibilities than the previous year, and I enjoy being an integral part of something larger than myself. The Bio-Pharmaceutical and Semi-Conductor industry are examples of industries that are constantly expanding. While they are both large and often associated with big projects, they can also be incredibly technical. Due to this I am constantly learning, and I strive to end each day with more knowledge than what I began with. It often easier said than done, but I am always up to the challenge of bettering myself.
