Housing is a basic human need which significantly shapes our lives. As CEO of Ziegert Group, I want to develop digital and innovative tools and products to transform the real estate industry by understanding people and their needs and putting them at its very centre. I am convinced that the future of real estate is digital, personalised, sustainable and that bold ways of thinking will inspire finding new solutions. In more than 6 years at Ziegert with roles as CFO and CIO and since 2020 CEO of the Group, I had the opportunity to found so far two innovative digital platforms with Ziegert: EverEstate, a B2C real estate brokerage platform for private buyers and investors as well as Metatrust, a B2B transaction platform for institutional investors. I addition to that I initiated and established the Ziegert project development, which I bundled within INCEPT. By bringing EverEstate, Metatrust and INCEPT together under the umbrella of Ziegert Group, we work towards a new real estate digital ecosystem connecting suppliers, customers, trading partners, applications and third-party data services for more individuality and customer-orientation in the real estate sector. With our sustainable and energy-efficient project developments under the KOKONI brand, we are setting new standards in the industry.
