I would like to work as Production or Lean expert where I can use my leader-, process- and organization development and Lean experience. Where I can focus on value creation and I have the opportunity to develop myself continuously. ➢Experienced operations manager: I have 8 years of managerial experience in Operations-, technical and plant manager role, where I led whole supply chain process. ➢Lean Knowledge: I have got lots of practical training in case of the lean manufacturing purpose from several excellent groups like LEI where I could learn all the things what it must for it. I led more structured problem solving process, Kaizen and SMED events, VSM/VSD projects I implemented TPM/TPS; 5S; Operating systems; GE/OEE/PSL measurement in two factories. ➢ Greenfield factory investment, according to the industry 4.0 standard at Thyssenkrupp Debrecen Factory: My tasks were the recruitment of 240 associates, and organization of the functional training program in Germany, and the installation of new lines and of the completely new technology start-up in the 18k m2 production hall. Moreover, the OPEX and standard process implementation were also my responsibility within the 40 million Euros investments.
