I maximize business results through human-centered design methods. As a Sr. Business Designer for Accenture Federal Studio, my main roles are a translator and strategist; supporting clients, account teams, and end-users. I excel at vetting trends and opportunities, identifying moments that matter for customers and stakeholders, and prioritizing findings in an executable strategy. As a consultant, my projects focus on Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management and Visioning and Alignment. I wear many hats as a researcher, facilitator, prototyper and business developer. Outside of work, I teach a graduate capstone for HCI 2nd year students and undergraduate courses on topics that include effective teams and teamwork and user context and research. I'm a proud alumna turned educator at the University of Maryland, College Park, College of Information Studies.
