Current Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of Kids Ministry Publishing, producing print and digital curriculum for babies—6th graders (Sunday School, kids worship, discipleship, Vacation Bible School, devotionals, parent magazine, etc.). Lead in product development, budgets, processes, procedures, and personnel. Conduct training conferences for childhood ministry leaders throughout the United States. Prior to becoming a manager, served in other roles with responsibilities that included leading in curriculum development; leading in coordination of writer discovery, enlistment, training and development; coordinating work of editors in chief; and reviewing final manuscripts prior to publication for biblical accuracy and educational soundness.
