Larry Ferguson

Larry Ferguson is the President of The Ferguson Group, a private equity investment and consulting firm specializing in information technology companies. Mr. Ferguson has over twenty-eight years of successful experience in information technology, having served as President and CEO of both public and privately held information technology companies. He has held sales and senior management positions with XEROX, Baxter International, American Express and First Data Corporation. The majority of his career being spent as President of First Data Health Systems Corporation and its predecessor companies, where he lead its growth to one of the worlds largest health care information technology companies and most recently CEO and board member of First Consulting Group (FCGI). Mr. Ferguson's deep operational understanding of HCIT companies has led to significant shareholder value creation in his company affiliations as a manager or active board member. Mr. Ferguson resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
