Larry Shotwell

As you can tell from my education, I have had a very diverse professional career. I worked for the State of Ohio as an Engineering Technician during the construction of the Interstate Highways in the Cincinnati Ohio area, prior to my service in the US Air Force. I served in the Air Force from 1966 to 1970 obtaining the rank of E5 in under four years service. After leaving the Air Force I started working for a contractor as a Forman and Project Manager on the Interstate Highway construction. During this time I was also attending The University of Cincinnati, Evening College, where I obtained my BS degree in Business, Major in Accounting. I have worked for several companies in the Greater Cincinnati area, holding the position of Controller and Treasurer. After working with two turn around situations I decided to start my own company to try to help several small businesses to grow and succeed at the same time, instead of one at a time. I obtained my Real Estate License to take advantage of my experience in construction, accounting, and my knowledge of the area,in general, to help service individuals and investors in buying and selling Real Estate. Specialties: I have lived in the Greater Cincinnati area all of my life and have seen this area grow, develop, and prosper.
