Some of my insights I use as a leader for an organization - Organize for success is for me create meaning in an organization with respect to roles and processes in order to reach the right expectations in the organization and to direct the energy in the right direction. - People management is one of the most important parts which means to be consequent in behaviour, build trust and trust the people. Everyone can contribute more and it is my job to make people grow as persons and employees. - 1+1=3 is for me to put together teams or just to make people learn from each other. It is when we think and work together in a respectful way we maximize our common knowlege. There is so much hidden knowledge in and orgaization. Remember that the only thing which is unique in an organization is the total knowledge this group of people have. It is a leaders role to make use of that. - Un-prestigeless leadership is when you as a leader promote the person comming up with the good idea instead of steeling it. This builds trust, create motivation and releases energy. - Meet people in a respectful way. Remember that people are individuals that create diversity in the teams. -Trust the process but make sure to make progress.
