Of particular experience relevant I want to mention my experience as a Business Operations Specialist at Avid Norway NUF. My job was to be the link between users and IT department. This involves the design of processes and linking together with the CRM system, based on Salesforce. My main task has been the integration between Salesforce and Chat tool InstantService implementing escalation procedures, manage remote system based on LogMeIn and responsible for the production system worked at any time .. Another large part of the job has been to provide advice and formulate requirements for how new features should be better implemented, developed, and also how the testing and approval of the new features will be implemented.
