Lars Hornborg

Over 30 years of entrepreneurship (with roots in the IT-sector) have helped me develop a strong multi-competency combining specialist and generalist roles. I see my mission as helping my clients make better decisions, develop better leadership in organizations and individuals, facilitate successful change, and to assist them in handling projects that have gone sour. I am also an accredited Journey practitioner since 2006, certified Conscious Coach since 2009, and use these tools to help clients get in touch with those parts which are preventing them from living a full and free life. Combining the two roles above, I now focus more and more on leadership and group dynamics issues, including coaching, change, and organizational development. Specialties: I'm good at helping people and technology get along with each other, and I'm good at helping leaders develop on a personal and emotional level, allowing them to function better in their roles as leaders and as human beings.
