All of my work is completed quickly (~100WPM) and is always of high quality. I excel in interacting with customers whether it be replying to emails or answering incoming calls. I will dedicate myself to ensuring that suitable solutions are found to customers' queries and will make sure that whoever I have the pleasure of dealing with experiences nothing but utmost satisfaction. I am very stubborn and will work hard to assure that clients are content, in order to enable companies to acquire/retain them. I have years of experience as a customer service representative working with clients around the world speaking English, German and occasionally French. I work exceptionally well in high-stress environments and retain information very easily. I have an open mind when it comes to learning new things and am incredibly teachable and approachable as an individual.
