Parvathaneni Latha has around 20 years of professional experience in the field of information technology with extensive experience in SAP ERP security design and implementation, BW and BPC operations and Environment support. Latha has experience in working as a product owner for security and environmental support as part of new implementations. Latha is currently working as product manager for security, environment, and production support teams. Majority of her experience covers BW on HANA, FIORI, Business Object Data Services (BODS) ,BW , BPC , ECC, HR, BI and S4/HANA. Specialized in SAP Security and has extensive SAP Security experience of 14+ years (out 20 of years of overall IT experience) of implementing and supporting SAP Security for various SAP components like HANA, FIORI, ARIBA, CONCUR, BODS, ECC 5.0 / 6.0, BI 7.0 to BW 7.5 with Analysis Authorizations, SRM 5.0 , Ariba, Solution Manager 7.2, LDAP configuration, Central User Administration (CUA), GRC 10, GRC 12 (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM), Audit / SOX Compliance, HR (HCM) Security (including Structural Authorizations with ESS and MSS) Enterprise Portal 7.0 security, ECC Upgrades, BI 7.0 Upgrade, BI 7.3 upgrade, BPC and Success factor. Latha has experience as product owner and product manager for sap products. Integrated Financial Platform (IFP) environment support and production support. Build and manage teams at offshore for Level 1 production support and security support. Build and simplified processes for User onboarding, production transports governance and system restore. She manages SAP-HEC related tasks, System Upgrade, Systems Restore, System Back up strategy and maintenance. Latha is also responsible for maintaining the Audit and Compliance on IFP Systems. She constantly works on Refining the Experiences, Simplifying the processes and improving outcomes. She is completely onboard with Emergent Design Thinking Model.
