I'm a professional educator skilled in creating programs and opportunities for learners at all levels. A creative thinker, I've implemented solutions that have driven positive results for students by focusing on their individual needs. Well-practiced in data research, I evaluate information comprehensively to set targets and achieve goals in students' academic and behavioral growth. I believe that success takes work, which is why I motivate students to become invested in their own educational journey. Because learning doesn't stop at the classroom door, I am committed to community outreach. I have been a Junior Achievement Instructor, Boys and Girls Club Volunteer, and Board Member for a Baseball League. I also led the Showse Park Community Revitalization Project, which reclaimed a rundown park for the community. My focus centers on creating a positive atmosphere in education and promoting growth for all students.
